AI Sales Agent

An AI sales agent that answers every chat, day and night

Most enquiries arrive when nobody is free to reply — at lunch, after 8 pm, on Sunday. The Sales Daddy AI Sales Agent replies within seconds on WhatsApp, Instagram and your website chat, answers from what you trained it on, asks your qualifying questions and hands the lead to a person with the full conversation attached.

The problem

Why teams switch

Enquiries go cold before anyone replies

A buyer who messages three businesses buys from the one that answers first. A reply that waits until the next morning is usually a reply to someone who already chose.

Reps spend the day on the same five questions

Price range, location, timings, delivery, “send details”. Answering them by hand all day leaves little time for the leads that are ready to talk.

Chatbots that only show menus frustrate buyers

Button trees break the moment a customer types a real question in their own words. The buyer gives up and the lead never reaches the CRM properly.

Nobody knows which chats the bot dropped

When an auto-reply tool runs outside the CRM, managers cannot see what it said, which leads it lost, or when a human should have stepped in.

How it works

From first inquiry to done

  1. 1
A message arrives on any channel
WhatsApp, Instagram DM or the website chat — the conversation opens on the lead record in the shared inbox, new or existing.
  2. 2
    The agent replies in seconds
It answers in the customer’s language from your approved business details: products, prices you published, timings, policies.
  3. 3
    It asks your qualifying questions
Requirement, budget, city, timeline — the questions you set, asked one at a time in a normal conversation, saved into the lead’s fields.
  4. 4
    It books the next step
A demo, a site visit, a callback or a chat flow such as a catalogue or booking form — whatever your process says comes next.
  5. 5
    A person takes over
When the buyer asks for a person, raises a complaint or is ready to talk price, the agent hands the chat to the assigned rep and goes quiet.

What your team actually sees

SalesDaddy AI
Hello! The 3 HP submersible is $1,450 with a 2-year warranty. Do you need it for borewell or open well use?
10:42
Borewell, 250 feet. Can you deliver to Austin?
10:44
Yes, delivery to Austin in 2 days. Sharing the quotation and payment link here.

One inbox: the agent replies first, the rep sees every message and takes over in one tap.

The boundary

It qualifies and books. Your team closes.

The agent is built for the first minutes of a conversation and the follow-through, not for negotiating your price. You decide where it stops.

  • Answers only from what you trained it on; when it does not know, it says so and calls a person
  • Goes quiet the moment a rep replies in the chat
  • Active hours, channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, web) and hand-over rules are yours to set
  • Every AI message sits in the same thread your team reads — nothing happens out of sight

Questions teams ask us

What does the AI Sales Agent cost?

$19 a month for 3,000 replies, billed monthly, plus a one-time $59 setup and training in which our team trains it on your business. It is an add-on to the Core plan; see the pricing page for the full price book.

Can the AI agent close a sale on its own?

No. It answers questions, qualifies the lead and books the next step. Price negotiation and the final yes stay with your team; the agent hands over when the buyer is ready.

Which channels does it reply on?

WhatsApp (on Meta’s official Cloud API), Instagram direct messages and the Sales Daddy website chat widget. You can switch each channel on or off separately.

What happens when it does not know an answer?

It says it will check with the team and hands the conversation to a person instead of guessing. You add the missing answer to its training so it knows next time.

Will customers know they are talking to an AI?

You choose its name and how it introduces itself. We recommend being open that it is an assistant; buyers mind slow replies far more than an honest bot.

What happens when the replies run out?

At 80% of the monthly replies the owners get a warning. Past the included replies the agent keeps answering, and each further reply is billed from your prepaid AI wallet — so it only stops if the wallet runs out. You can see the count in Billing, and you can switch the agent off for any channel or hours.
