How AI credits work
AI features are paid from a prepaid wallet in credits. AI is charged by how much it reads and writes, rounded up to whole credits — at least 1 credit per charge.

On your own OpenAI or Anthropic key, AI uses no credits. AI Sales Agent replies inside your monthly quota are included. Your exact prices are always listed in the CRM under Settings → Wallet.
Pricing questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes — free forever for 1 user with 1 WhatsApp number connected through Meta, unlimited leads added by hand or uploaded from Excel, and every CRM module. It never expires and needs no card. Automations, chat flows and the AI agent are part of the Core plan.
What does the Core plan include?
Everything in the CRM — leads from every source, pipeline, tasks, WhatsApp inbox, quotes and invoices, reports, field tracking and the mobile app — for 3 users and 1 app connector. $199 a year, $79 a quarter or $49 a month.
How do I add more users?
Add a seat any time from Company → Billing: $59 a year, $25 a quarter or $15 a month, priced at your plan's term. Mid-term you only pay for the days left; the seat is live the moment the payment lands.
What is an app connector?
One connected app — a WhatsApp number, Meta lead ads, Google, your website, a Shopify store or telecalling. The first is included; each extra is $69 a year ($8 a month on the monthly plan). How does the AI Sales Agent work?
$19 a month for 3,000 replies, always billed monthly, plus a one-time $59 setup & training where our team trains it on your business. At 2,400 replies we warn you; at 3,000 the agent pauses and hands conversations to your team until the month resets.
Can I remove a seat or connector later?
Yes — it comes off at your next renewal and you keep access until then. Reducing seats below the number of active users is blocked until you deactivate someone.
Can I switch between monthly, quarterly and yearly?
Upgrading to a longer term applies immediately — the unused part of your current term is credited against the new charge. Moving to a shorter term applies at your next renewal.
What happens if a renewal payment fails?
You keep full access for 7 days while we retry. After that the workspace goes read-only — you can still view and export everything — and comes back the moment the invoice is paid.
Which currency, and is tax added?
Prices are in US dollars and you are billed in US dollars. No Indian GST is added for companies outside India, and every charge comes with an invoice.
