Connect Sales Daddy to Claude
One-click sign-in, no token to copy. Add Sales Daddy as a custom connector in Claude, click Connect, sign in to Sales Daddy and choose what Claude may see — then ask about your leads, WhatsApp chats and follow-ups from any chat window.
One-click sign-in (recommended)

Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector
Open claude.ai (or the Claude desktop app), go to Settings, then Connectors. Click Add at the top right and choose Add custom connector.
On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan an owner adds it once under Organization settings → Connectors; everyone else just clicks Connect (step 3).

Name, server URL — keep "Sign in now" → Add
Name: Sales Daddy. Remote MCP server URL: https://mcp.salesdaddy.in/mcp. Claude shows "Sign in now — Detected" under Authentication: keep it. Leave Advanced settings empty and click Add.
No client id, secret, token or header to paste — Claude discovers the Sales Daddy sign-in by itself.
Step 2 · in ClaudeName, server URL — keep "Sign in now" → Add - 3Claude
Click Connect
Sales Daddy now appears in your connector list. Click Connect next to it; a Sales Daddy window opens.
Step 3 · in ClaudeClick Connect - 4Sales Daddy
Allow Claude: access, workspaces and areas
Log in to Sales Daddy if asked, then choose Read only or Read + write, the workspaces (every workspace you can see, or only some) and the areas Claude may use. Click Allow Claude. The window closes and Claude shows Sales Daddy as connected.
This creates a token named "Claude (sign-in)" in Settings → Integrations → AI Assistants. Revoke it there any time; Claude stops on its very next request.

Ask
In a new chat, open the tools menu under the message box and make sure Sales Daddy is switched on. Then ask, for example: "Which WhatsApp chats are waiting for a reply?", "Show my AI Queue" or "Send Priya the price list template". Claude asks before it sends a message or changes anything.
You never have to give Claude a workspace id: with one workspace it is used automatically, with several Claude asks by name. Read-only access can never change anything.

Other way: paste a token
Prefer not to sign in from Claude, or setting up a shared or API-only connector? Create a token in Sales Daddy and add it to Claude as an authorization header with "No sign-in". Both ways give Claude exactly the access you choose, and both are revoked from Settings → Integrations → AI Assistants.

Open Settings → Integrations
In the CRM go to Settings, then Integrations, and scroll to the "AI Assistants (MCP)" section. Every user can create their own token here; it only ever does what that user can do.
- 2Sales Daddy
Create a token — name, access, workspaces, areas
Click Create token. Name it after the assistant ("Claude on my laptop"), choose Read only or Read + write, pick the workspaces the assistant may see — one, several, or every workspace you can see — and tick the areas it may use, or keep Entire Sales Daddy.
One workspace or the whole company? For an owner or admin, "Every workspace I can see" is the entire company. Tick "Only these workspaces" to limit it.
- 3Sales Daddy
Copy the header value
Click Create token. The token is shown exactly once. Under the Claude steps, press Copy next to the line that starts with "Bearer sdp_" — that whole line is what Claude needs.
Lost it? Revoke the token and create a new one — it takes ten seconds.

Settings → Connectors → Add → Add custom connector
Open claude.ai (or the Claude desktop app), go to Settings, then Connectors. Click Add at the top right and choose Add custom connector.
- 5Claude
Name it and paste the server URL
Name: Sales Daddy. MCP server URL: https://mcp.salesdaddy.in/mcp. Click Continue.
- 6Claude
Authentication: choose "No sign-in"
Claude pre-selects "Sign in now — Detected" because our server asks for a token. Ignore it and pick No sign-in: the header you copied in step 3 is the sign-in.
"Sign in now" also works: it opens the Sales Daddy consent page instead of using a copied token. This guide uses the token so you can see exactly what Claude gets.
- 7Claude
Add the authorization header and press Add
Under Request headers click Add header. Pick "authorization" from the name list, paste the "Bearer sdp_…" value into Value, then press Add at the bottom of the dialog.
The value must start with the word Bearer, a space, then the token.

Ask
Start a new chat, make sure Sales Daddy is switched on under tools, and ask: "Which WhatsApp chats are waiting for a reply?", "Show my latest leads" or "Send a WhatsApp to 98765 43210 saying …". Claude asks permission the first time it uses each tool (Allow once / Always allow). Outside the customer's 24-hour window it picks an approved template by itself and tells you which.
You never have to give Claude a workspace id: a token with one workspace uses it automatically, and with several Claude asks by name. Read-only tokens can never change anything. Revoke any token from Settings → Integrations → AI Assistants; it stops on the very next request.
Stuck?
If Claude says it could not connect, check that the URL is exactly https://mcp.salesdaddy.in/mcp and that Authentication says "Sign in now". If the Sales Daddy window did not open, allow pop-ups for claude.ai and click Connect again. Using a token instead? The header must be named authorization and its value must start with "Bearer sdp_".
